Thriving in Southwest Florida

Blessings everyone,

I have returned from my healing journey to South Africa where I spent from April to September making friends with my new hip, my post-stroke brain,  as well as 100 species of animals, birds and other assorted African wild things. It was an awe inspiring, challenging, magnificent and soul opening experience that I look forward to sharing all that goodness with you over the coming year. I landed in Fort Myers Florida on September 19th just in time for Ian, a category-5 hurricane to land at my feet. Not having experienced a hurricane, I, perhaps foolishly decided not to evacuate and once I lost power, simply put on my Bose noise-cancelling headphones and allowed myself to fall asleep while doing a 45 minute Yoga-Nidra meditation with Ally Boothroyd  from a recording on my laptop.  I woke up at 6am and the world was silent and incredibly messed up. I am staying in a gated community and though the majority of homes and humans were fine - Ian downed over 1,000 tress.  Blessings to them all.

I am feeling my own life with a great deal of spiritual power, joy, and enthusiasm for what is next. I will continue my work with individual clients who wish to explore the study and application of the  principles and practices which support  living a spiritually powerful and extraordinary  life. I  am also preparing to return to live-streaming on a regular basis.  I have a new conversation emerging within me around the birthing  a new paradigm for living in the most authentic and meaningful way during the our last quarters, final thirds or back-nines of life.  Being there myself, I know that there are a lot of old ideas and ways of thinking and being that could use a major overhaul.   So look forward to future opportunities to engage in conversations.
